XML 파일을 읽을 수 있고 편집할 수 있는데, 윈도 기본 노트패드비슷하다 생각하면 됩니다.

프로그램은 저렇게 작지만 티스토리 백업한 파일 200MB정도 되는 걸 열어봤는데 잘 열립니다.
